Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our development team, taking into account the custom nature of software development work.

Refund Eligibility

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

Project Not Started

Full refund available if we haven't begun development work (within 7 days of payment)

Failure to Deliver

We fail to deliver the agreed-upon project within the specified timeline without valid reason

Major Quality Issues

Delivered software has critical defects that cannot be resolved within reasonable time

Breach of Agreement

We materially breach the terms of our service agreement

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Work completed according to approved specifications
  • Changes in client requirements after project commencement
  • Client dissatisfaction with approved design or functionality
  • Third-party service costs (hosting, licenses, APIs)
  • Projects terminated by client after development has begun
  • Requests made more than 30 days after project completion
  • Issues caused by client's infrastructure or modifications

Refund Process & Timeline

Step 1: Request Submission

  • • Submit written refund request via email
  • • Include project details and reason for refund
  • • Provide supporting documentation if applicable
  • • Timeline: Within 30 days of issue occurrence

Step 2: Review Process

  • • We review your request within 5 business days
  • • May request additional information or clarification
  • • Technical team evaluates the claim
  • • Decision communicated via email

Step 3: Resolution

  • • Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • • Refund issued to original payment method
  • • Confirmation email sent upon processing
  • • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days

Alternative Solutions

  • • Project revision or additional development time
  • • Partial refund with corrective measures
  • • Service credit for future projects
  • • Extended support and maintenance

Partial Refunds

For projects that are partially completed, refunds are calculated based on:

  • Milestone Completion: Refund for incomplete milestones only
  • Time & Materials: Refund for unused hours or materials
  • Deliverable Status: Completed deliverables are non-refundable
  • Third-party Costs: Non-refundable expenses are deducted

Important Note

Partial refunds are calculated fairly based on work completed and cannot exceed the total project cost.

Service-Specific Policies

Custom Software Development

30-day refund window after final delivery. Refunds based on unresolved critical issues only.

Web Development

15-day refund window. Design approval constitutes acceptance of visual elements.

Consulting Services

Refunds available only if sessions are cancelled by us. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Maintenance & Support

Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods with 30-day notice.

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, we offer these resolution options:

  1. Internal Review: Request a second review by our senior management team
  2. Mediation: Engage a neutral third-party mediator to resolve the dispute
  3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration as per our Terms & Conditions
  4. Legal Action: Court proceedings in Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction
