We are committed to delivering high-quality software solutions that meet your requirements. If we fail to deliver as promised, we offer refunds according to the terms outlined below.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our development team, taking into account the custom nature of software development work.
Full refund available if we haven't begun development work (within 7 days of payment)
We fail to deliver the agreed-upon project within the specified timeline without valid reason
Delivered software has critical defects that cannot be resolved within reasonable time
We materially breach the terms of our service agreement
For projects that are partially completed, refunds are calculated based on:
Partial refunds are calculated fairly based on work completed and cannot exceed the total project cost.
30-day refund window after final delivery. Refunds based on unresolved critical issues only.
15-day refund window. Design approval constitutes acceptance of visual elements.
Refunds available only if sessions are cancelled by us. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription periods with 30-day notice.
